Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.What you'll be doing as a Racker:
Prepares work for processing including cleaning, painting, wiring, fixturing, etc.
Loads and unloads furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, etc.
Stacks/loads parts in customer bins or containers.
Immediately brings any unusual problem, irregularity or concern to Heat Treater, Foreman/Lead Person or management.
Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customers inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage

Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
