This program offers an intimate home setting treatment for up to 12 adolescents who are working toward recovery from an eating disorder.At Clementine , we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.We are seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to join the Clementine team.Salary: $55,000-$62,000/yrSummary of Benefits (https://montenidoaffiliates.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppInert&action=download&id=5243&hashed=692313296)Responsibilities Include: Executes daily operations including supervision of administrative services, personnel management, and interdepartmental coordination Attends to environment of care Conducts regulatory audits Support facility staff in job performance Facilitates communication with clients and families Oversees quality improvement and risk management systemsQualifications: Bachelor's degree at minimum; higher degree desirable. Experience in office management preferred. Experience in leadership at a Residential or Day Treatment program. Active CPR or BLS certification prior to starting work. Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards. Proficiency in written and oral communications.
