We are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the community.Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong experience in aquatics design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating state-of-the-art aquatic facilities, including pools, water parks, and recreational water environments. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of aquatic facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into innovative design solutions. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to aquatics design. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect in the state of New York (a plus) Experience in architectural design, with a focus on aquatics projects. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to aquatic facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications. Experience with public and private sector projects.
