Description Nick Corieri with Robert Half is a seeking a Director of Donor Operations to join a great organization. This role is vital in driving our mission's vision and goals by heading the strategy and daily operations of our team. The Director of Donor Operations will have system oversight for database management, gift entry, prospect management and research, grant writing, and interdepartmental collaboration.Responsibilities: Oversee the coordination of data entry, data output, and training to ensure seamless operations. Evaluate the effectiveness of current technology and propose improvements as needed. Spearhead the strategy and planning for both long-term and short-term operations. Ensure compliance with fundraising policies, goals, and procedures, and advise on gift recording procedures. Develop and manage a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual for the operations team. Monitor data health and integrity continuously, implementing regular checks and cleanup processes. Liaise between departments, coordinating with Finance and Marketing teams as necessary. Develop and produce reports tracking fundraising metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. Build a Prospect Management and Research program to expand the fundraising pipeline and drive growth. Collaborate with the Grant Writer to identify grant prospects, assist with content writing and editing, and track the grants cycle in the donor database. Monitor portfolios for key personnel and meet with the Fundraising team regularly to manage portfolio work and coordinate development needs.   • Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Advancement for the College of Law, the Director of Development (DoD) serves as a major gift fundraiser responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects and donors. This individual will focus on building a portfolio of alumni, parents, and friends by creating and implementing strategies for cultivating and soliciting prospects who have the capacity and inclination to make gifts/commitments of $100,000 or more. The DoD will engage and meet with prospects in person and virtually.
