Registrar Records Analyst

The Registrar Records Analyst reports to the College of Law Associate Registrar and is an essential part of the College's student enrollment and student services group. The Registrar Records Analyst is part of a three-person team and collaborates with the Associate Registrar, and Assistant Registrar to manage a growing number of academic programs and an expanding student population. This position will work to provide operational, and systems support to all College of Law programs.This position is the primary point of contact for students needing support with student facing systems (Degree Works and MySlice for example). They are also responsible for the management and resolution of assigned student service requests. High level student records responsibilities include management of student-facing systems and processes as well as acting as primary liaison between all academic programs to facilitate academic operations. The Registrar Records Analyst will assist in facilitating, troubleshooting, and resolving all in-person, phone and email inquiries from students, faculty and staff. This position will participate in the hiring and training of new student workers.This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
