Francesca's Cucina is seeking a lunch chef to manage and operate all of the lunch cooking duties. Please check out our website for menus. ( www.francescas-cucina.com ) The individual we are searching for must meet the following criteria. Only serious inquires please, we are a well established restaurant and want only the best talent to be considered.
1. Restaurant menus: assuring the menu items are executed consistently and properly, menu item quality and portions must always be consistent, accommodating our guests when needed to the best of our ability
2. Specials: creating unique and cost effective items on a daily basis while utilizing all your skills and talent to showcase what this restaurant is about,
3. Experience: minimum of 4 years experience, goal oriented, heavy and high volume saute cooking is important
4. Attitude: this is a very busy and high volume kitchen, every dish is made to order and sauces must always be constant and flavorful. Having an open mind and handling pressure is important in this establishment.
5. Kitchen Management-managing the kitchen staff to prep, cook, and place out any items needed for any given service or function that may be occurring, developing a system of checks and balances to ensure a quality dining experience is achieved
