Established seasonal independent, casual fine contemporary downtown restaurant seeking a full time mature professional, responsible Sous chef/Assistant chef preferably who has 2-4 years previous and progressive experience as assistant to the head chef 5 days/ nights a week. Closed Sunday and Mondays.
Job duties and expectations as follows to assist the head chef w any required kitchen tasks.
