We seek Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses with pulmonary assessment ability to provide attentive day and night care for our 39-year old daughter Haley in our Jamesville home.
An enviable Pay and Benefits Package includes UP TO $15,000/year for your retirement plan or healthcare benefits. Until you receive your Medicaid Provider Number, you'll receive 100% private pay. Once Medicaid takes over your compensation, we'll continue to provide wonderful benefits.
We live in Jamesville, a safe residential area ten minutes from downtown Syracuse. Our home is equipped with top-of-the-line medical equipment, supplies and back-ups to make your time with us as comfortable as possible. And you'll enjoy capable, ongoing support from a happy, highly experienced, drama-free couple. The day shift is typically 6am - 6pm. Night shifts are available from 9pm - 6am. While Haley requires total care, most of her issues are pulmonary. Our night nurses often monitor at the bedside, using their laptops through the night with our WiFi.
Day nurses will attend classes at Syracuse University with Haley. And from April thru at least September, you can choose an all-expenses-paid stay with us at our Avalon beach house. With “live in” status for Medicaid, you can bill up to 16 hrs/day
