LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME AND PART TIME TEAM MEMBERS AND OVERNIGHT SITTERS for the Syracuse area.
The main areas we service are Camillus, Fairmount, Skaneateles, Downtown, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Manlius, Liverpool, and Baldwinsville.
We are currently hiring full time team and part time team members and overnight sitters.
For a full-time role (30+hrs/wk), you must be available Monday-Friday in daytime hours (9-5). Feb 2024 we’re really hoping for someone with Tuesday through Saturday availability There will some need outside of these hours on occasion, but the full time role is primarily Monday-Friday/Saturday. Common shift would be 8/9am-4/5pm. This can flex a bit so if you’re interested and have slightly different availability, please reach out.
Part time roles include weekend, evening, and weekday. Part time roles and hours vary. This role will grow for the right person, and is typically very busy on school breaks, holidays, and summers.
WE ALSO HAVE IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A PART-TIME EVENING ROLE IN ONONDAGS HILL/CAMILLUS
Must be 21 years of age or older for this job. The role pays $18-$20/hour (which includes mileage reimbursement). Employment status is independent contractor.
The ideal person for this job:
--Has flexible availability
-- Loves animals and has a great attention to detail
-You MUST have your own reliable transportation to get to clients homes, and this cannot be uber/taxi/lyft or walking. This means snow tires and capable of getting through winter weather on the daily.
-You MUST have a smartphone with GPS and capable of taking photos and running our software
-You MUST be able to pass a background check
-YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND CAPABLE OF WALKING YOUR ENTIRE SHIFT. Each 30 minute walk is about 1 mile, so minimum 5 miles per shift.
-You MUST be capable of being outside in the cold/rain/snow/heat/wind. We work OUTSIDE daily and must deal with weather of all types and must come prepared with coats, raincoats, boots, hydration, etc.
-You MUST have experience working with dogs or animals in some capacity, which can include volunteer work.
