Locally owned Property Management Company currently seeking full-time Maintenance Technician to be part of our TEAM.
We offer a competitive Salary, paid Holidays and Vacation, 401k Plan,
Cellphone reimbursement, and Gas allowance. Apartment available if needed.
Responsibilities include:
Apartment Turnovers consisting of Painting, Cleaning, Minor Plumbing and Electrical and General Carpentry Repairs.
Exterior Property Maintenance consisting of Pruning shrubs and tending to flowerbeds, Weed-eating and edging, Raking and removal of fallen leaves, Snow shoveling and application of snow-melting products when necessary, and Sweeping and upkeep of common areas. A well-maintained Property shows our visitors, tenants and employees that we take pride in the upkeep of our Locations.
Candidate must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
