Work for established and growing property management company. Lawn care in summer and snow shoveling in winter for about 50 properties with over 200 apartments in Onondaga and Cayuga Counties. Cleanouts and basic maintenance as needed. No experience necessary but a willingness to learn essential. Must have truck or trailer. Carpentry and basic plumbing a plus but not necessary. Potential for growth into property management position.
