This position offers the opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of heating and cooling equipment for residential and commercial clientsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and equipmentUtilize a company-supplied iPad to manage work orders, service tickets, and documentation in the fieldCommunicate effectively with dispatchers regarding daily service calls and job statusCollect payment for services when required and ensure accurate completion of all paperworkMonitor and maintain required inventory levels on the service vehicleIdentify and recommend equipment upgrades, service agreements, and accessories when appropriate for the customerProvide excellent customer service and follow up on any equipment issues as neededQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in HVAC serviceEPA Certification (required)Valid NY Driver’s LicenseAbility to work in both residential and commercial environmentsStrong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamworkDedication to providing outstanding customer serviceReliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a drug-free workplaceCompensation$25.00 - $35.00 per hour to start, based on experience and performance.
