The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance. Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Overseeing various landscaping tasks, and ensuring a well high-quality
maintained appearance.
Must have own transportation.
Must have a clean drivers license.
Must be punctual and on time.
Must be drug-free.

Mowing
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping jobs to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care.
Plan and execute plant care operations, including planting, pruning, and removal as necessary.
Coordinate team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate with clients regarding project updates and any necessary adjustments.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising landscaping
Proficiency in landscape maintenance practices such as lawn care, pruning and bed maintenance
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining project timelines.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
A passion for working outdoors and a commitment to enhancing the beauty of outdoor environments.
Pay will be based on experience starting at $25 hr
Raises & bonuses available on quality review of workmanship.
Also, job continues in through the winter with Plowing and salting pay is higher for those positions.
