We’re seeking a part-time, on-site property manager for a one-of-a-kind 150-acre co-living community in Central New York. Once a working dairy farm, the property now features multiple renovated buildings offering both short- and long-term rentals — surrounded by fields, woods, and miles of private trails.
About the role:
You’ll handle light, routine property tasks and help coordinate basic maintenance. We estimate about 10 hours per week, including:
Setting out trash and recycling
Snow shoveling and minor upkeep
Coordinating contractors and vendors
Responding to tenant issues and general property needs
If additional work is required beyond those hours, we offer $30/hour for extra time.
