Energy Savers Inc is looking for a Trade Show and Event Coordinator. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and trade shows to enhance the company’s brand presence and drive the business objective.
As the Trade Show and Event Coordinator you will:
Plan, organize, and execute trade shows and community events for our participation.
Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate the participation of the company in trade shows, including booth design, setup, and breakdown.
Work closely with the marketing manager to align event strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning and coordination in a trade show environment
Be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude while also displaying diplomacy and tact
Ability to drive to show locations around the Syracuse Binghamton and Utica areas
Ability to lift +20 pounds
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
