The Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Church has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Services Assistant supporting the Benefits, Finance, and Human Resources departments. The hours for this position may vary based on business needs but it is expected to be 20 to 25 hours per week. The responsibilities for this position are database management, general administrative work, reporting, front desk coverage, filing. A high school diploma is required with two years experience in reception/administrative support. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and experience with current office equipment is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required. This position requires confidentiality, excellent attendance, and punctuality.
