Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage and prioritize a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, data entry, filing and more.
Provide excellent customer service to customers and consignors.
Requirements:
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous office experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to learn a custom computer system (training provided)
