We are a small used car dealership, with less than 10 cars in inventory, that has a handful of appointments set everyday. As we grow, we are looking for a part-time clerk for some office work and quick runs in the area.
Not much experience required, students are welcome to apply. Flexible schedule preferred, availability from 10am to 2pm required. Must be able to use a computer.
Some expectations include:
Greet customers, answer calls/texts, set and run appointments
Coordinate new leads through Facebook marketplace and Craigslist
Verify license/ID; supervise test drives; follow a step-by-step checklist
Handle DMV paperwork
Reliable, friendly, highly organized; strong attention to detail
Comfortable with texting, email, simple web apps; clear written messages
Valid driver’s license & clean record; able to drive various vehicles
Nice-to-have: bilingual (Spanish/English), dealership/admin/hospitality experience
