Collection Specialist
Collection specialist needed for local real estate company
This position requires an energetic, assertive individual with a polite demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining correct account information and data
Contacting delinquent account holders and requesting payments to bring the account current
Identifying alternative payment plans or other process for payment of delinquent accounts
Documenting all collection activities and follow-up
Preparation of aging reports along with recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Degree in related field (accounting, finance, etc.)
Candidate should have prior experience in collections with excellent phone and writing skills. Legal experience would be helpful.
Computer skills are required. Candidates should be organized (with attention to detail), self-motivated and reliable.
Salary and Benefits :
Salary - $18-$20 per hour, with opportunity for increase based on job performance
Health insurance, 401K, PTO
Job is in-person, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm
