JOB SUMMARY:Aerotek is working on behalf of a growing pharmacy team to hire for Pharmacy Technicians! We are hiring for both 1st AND 2nd shift!! Please contact Mackenzie Allen at 315-928-3175 or macallen@aerotek.com for additional details!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Process and key-in prescriptions with accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.Correctly input sensitive prescription information into computer system, dispense correct medication, and verify information before releasing prescriptions.Demonstrate knowledge of Third Party insurances and billing procedures.Prioritize and multi-task to complete the processing for time-sensitive medications.Proactively partner with the Pharmacy, Operations and Engineering teams to address issues and achieve high quality and throughput in fast-growing, technology-empowered pharmacy.Collaborate on pharmacy team to independently manage a portion of the pharmacy operations process.Pitch in with team efforts across Pharmacy to develop process and procedure at a fast-growing start-up company.Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.QUALIFICATIONS:Strong computer skills.Extreme attention to detail.Knowledge of best practices for managing sensitive health information.Flexibility to work in high-change environment.***If you are interested in any new job opportunities, please reach out and we can discuss other options as well!*** About AerotekOur people are everything.
