Looking for an Honest, Dependable, Capable person (or family) to assist with ongoing property maintenance. Rental units are located in Syracuse and Cortland. Could be great for a contractor or small business owner who is trying to back-fill during slow times, or someone who just is good with a range of handyman work. Obviously, you will need reliable transportation, your own tools, and experience in basic repairs like drain clogs, broken windows/doors, basic carpentry, light electrical.
