Job Title: Team Leader

Schedule: Full Time M-F up to 10hrs/day
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Company President, Supervisors
Description
Delegate and document tasks according to work order instructions. Accurately photo-document all stages of work completed. Ensure work orders are completed in full in a timely and efficient manner.
Main Duties:
Understand and perform work order instructions
Inspect and assess damages present on properties
Supervise and delegate tasks to one or more workers
Move and/or clean away debris on work sites
Perform minor repairs in accordance to work order instructions
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
High school education or equivalent
Ability to frequently lift 50lbs+; occasionally lift 150lbs+ with assistance
Ability to understand spoken, written, or diagramed instructions
Ability to stand, stoop, crouch, walk, kneel, and crawl
Ability to climb a ladder and work at elevated heights/roofs
Ability to communicate and cooperate with others
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Willing to learn new skills
Necessary Equipment
To ensure the safety of our employees, the following items are necessary for employment
Closed-toe shoes
Jean pants (no shorts, sweatpants, or otherwise)
Tools are not required but it is preferred that the applicant own his or her own.
Truck or van which you are willing to use for work purposes (we reimburse mileage)
Environment:
Should a work environment pose a hazard to workers, proper safety equipment will be made available.
May come into contact with fumes and airborne particles.
Will experience outdoor weather during all seasons
Will experience moderate to loud noise levels
