We are looking for multiple store managers to lead new stores the company recently acquired in Syracuse. Candidates with management experience in retail, wireless, and people oriented personality are encouraged to apply.

The position is primarily focused on team building and enhancing the performance of others through coaching and direct feedback from the sideline as the associates interact with customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
1. Meet and exceed sales goals for the store
2. coach and build store identity with direct reports to elevate the overall performance of the team
3. Perform operational duties and execute company's polices
4.Hire, Fire, train and coach direct reports.
5. Uphold company's core values at all times.
