Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to servicing customers as assigned, supporting customer needs and maintaining a line of communication as those issues are resolved or addressed, performing systems maintenance, resolving issues with IT systems, supporting systems' general function along with antivirus, backup, anti-spam, and patch software and upgrades, and any tasks assigned.
This is a great opportunity for a Technician with existing experience looking to work with a team of professionals and learn new IT skills.
Please have at least 8-Years of IT Professional Services experience.
Typical hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., second shift is also available as are weekends
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time is available)
