As a Hardware Technician, you'll join our Service Team providing hardware repairs on Desktops, Laptops and Phones at our repair depot. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to servicing devices, laptops and desktops, MAC and PC customers as assigned and maintaining a line of communication as those issues are fixed. You will have the opportunity to learn about software and networking, ultimately resolving issues with IT systems, supporting systems' general function along with antivirus, backup, anti-spam, and patch software and upgrades, and any tasks assigned.
This is a great opportunity for a Technician with existing experience looking to work with a team of professionals and learn new IT skills.
8-Years of Hardware repair or 4 years and a hardware computer college degree is required
Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Office 365 Systems Administration and Support a plus
Certifications and Education a plus
Typical hours of work are flexible
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time is available)
Salary: $14.00/hour
