What You’ll Do
Lead from the Front: Supervise and work alongside your team to perform comprehensive cleaning of HVAC supply, return, and exhaust systems.
Expert Inspections: Identify debris, mold, or damage within complex ductwork using specialized equipment.
High-Impact Projects: Navigate unique environments, including working from ladders and entering confined spaces, to ensure no corner is left uncleaned.
Travel & Drive: Operate company box trucks to transport high-powered equipment to job sites across the region.
What We’re Looking For
Construction Experience: A solid background in the construction industry is required to handle the physical and technical demands of the site.
Leadership Mindset: Experience managing teams or a strong desire to step into a supervisory role.
Safety First: A valid Driver’s License is a must. Completion of a 10-hour OSHA course is a major plus, as safety is our #1 priority.
Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check for entry into Government facilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project schedules (though we generally aim for a 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM window).
