I'm rehabbing a house and looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter for interior work.
Experience with:
-window replacement, interior and exterior door replacement, new drywall finishing & skim coat finishing are required.
Experience with:
bath/kitchen tile, aluminum brake are a bonus but not required.
This is for a one off project that will take at least 6 weeks, could last up to 10 weeks depending on your preferred involvement. There is potential for future work and I also expect to hire someone full time in 12-18 months.
