Hiring a working foreman to oversee commercial projects. Responsible for reading blueprints, layout, daily work plan for our carpenters, project logistics, sourcing materials, picture taking, daily logs, daily discussions with the project manager, problem solving. We do everything from interior remodeling, bathrooms, metal framing, gypsum hanging and finishing, electrical, plumbing, welding, concrete, railings, excavation, HVAC, there is a chance for some traveling overnights. Our project durations are anywhere from 1 week to 6 months.
Compensation:
$55-$65 per hour.
