Commercial Flooring Installer | Experienced
We're hiring experienced Commercial Flooring Installers! Travel across the US for projects with provided lodging and travel. Competitive pay, travel pay, and per diem are provided. Flooring experience required. This is not location specific, you do not have to be in NY to apply for this job.
Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour | Pay is based on experience
Work Schedule: The work schedule is dependent on projects. In some cases we may ask you to work second shift or overnights. You can expect to travel to job sites and stay for 1-6 week periods at a time. There are opportunities for overtime, local work, and prevailing wage (not guaranteed).
Job Type: Full Time - Paid Weekly
Job Responsibilities (Onsite Training Included):
Travel to job sites across the United States to work on commercial flooring projects (Travel & Lodging Provided).
Prep job sites for services and ensure post-job completion cleanup.
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas using hand tools and power tools.
Install flooring materials according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
Assist with demolition and installation of various floor types.
Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
Support supervisor with coordination and completion of projects.
Perform general construction duties as required.
Manage inventory of tools on the work van and in the shop.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Carpentry or general construction skills are preferred.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
1-year of flooring experience
Must be 18 years or older
