CNY Christmas Lights is immediately looking to hire 2-3 more full-time installers to join our team for the holiday season. We install premium holiday lighting on homes and businesses throughout the Syracuse area.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Optional weekend work available for extra hours.
This is a FULL TIME position.
Pay:
$22/hr with a car
$25/hr with a truck
Cash Tips: Customers often tip in cash after each job.
Pay Frequency: We pay weekly in cash, and offer other cash incentives weekly/daily. We also are including a percentage of the company’s total earnings from the season from the date you start, paid at the end of the season. Also provide paid on the job training.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable car or truck. No exceptions. Applicants without a vehicle will not be considered.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely on ladders and roofs. (We need good ground people too!)
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude and reliability are essential.
