Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Remodel Technician at Elevated Property Solutions LLC located in Syracuse, NY. As a Technician, your day-to-day tasks will involve performing worked encompassed within Kitchen/Bath Remodels or whole home renovations. At our company most things are completed in house and work includes but not limited to constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures/installing cabinetry/installing tub or showers to include surrounds or tile/installing flooring/drywall. You will also assist with general labor tasks, such as carrying materials, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Compensation
$18-30/hr
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for this role should have the following:
Demonstrated experience in carpentry and general labor or other construction related skills
Knowledge of various carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction drawings
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA Certification is a plus
