We are accepting applications for SERVICE MANAGER candidates at our professionally managed apartment community in Baldwinsville.
Our Service Managers are a vital part of our onsite management team and are responsible for maintaining physical condition of apartment community. Service Managers perform maintenance operations and lead/train/mentor the onsite maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, previous experience with and responsibility for implementing company policy, supervisory experience with the ability to train and motivate team, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
