Experience managing residential construction projects preferred
Must have minimum 10 years' experience in general
Measure jobs
Develop material lists and work scopes
Manage project and install crews to completion
Manage customer expectations and work with them for successful outcome of project and customer satisfaction
Must have valid driver's license
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
Need to be able to use a computer and tablet
