Looking to hire a carpenter that is skilled in everything from rough framing to finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will be expected to be able to work alone with minimal supervision and direction while producing quality work. Daily tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Removing and framing new interior or exterior walls
- Calculating, cutting and installing stringers
- Calculating and installing rafters (hip and regular)
- Setting up forms for concrete footers and pads
- Framing Decks
- Framing Outdoor Kitchens
- Installing windows and doors (interior and exterior)
- Installing extension jambs
- Installing window and door casing
- Installing baseboard
- Installing cabinets
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a drivers license
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Have the basic tools, large power tools/equipment provided
- Be able to work Monday - Friday 40 hours a week (Calling out or being late more than 3 times in the the first 90 days will result in immediate termination)
