Red Fox Delivery is seeking a part-time Medical courier in Syracuse.
We will be entering a hospital lab to package up medical specimens for shipment out at the airport twice a day Monday-Friday This is not a simple pickup and delivery; drivers will be packaging up specimens with dry ice and gel packs and completing the required paperwork.
Monday-Friday Pickup time is 4 pm delivered to FedEx in Syracuse
This is a 1099/subcontractor opportunity, NOT a W2/employee position. Approx time will take around 1.5 hours per day.
Applicants must feel comfortable driving in the snow, including when it's snowing out; we are transporting medical specimens that need to get to the lab for testing results. Applicants must be US citizens to pass a TSA background. Once a week, drivers will need to take a quick 20 min inventory count of shipping supplies and unwrap new supplies that have arrived. In the rare situation, that our weekly shipment of dry ice does not arrive on time, we may ask you to pick up dry ice about 5 miles away for that day's shipment at an extra payment to the driver.
Weekly settlements will be at $200 per paid every Friday via direct deposit.
