In this role, you will lead a group of solutions marketers, industry strategists and market intel analysts, and will oversee the development, communication and execution of strategic initiatives, content, and messaging that drive client outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to deliver high-quality, impactful results to accelerate and retain revenue and increase operational efficiency of LiveRamp solutions for key industries and buying personas.Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and mentor a team that is focused on building content, developing messaging, and driving a solutions strategy - starting from the customer perspective. Messaging and content areas of focus will include: Sales enablement content, thought leadership, website content, video and interactive content

Lead efforts across product, commercial and marketing that identifies market opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency/knowledge of LiveRamp solutions, key industry verticals and enhanced market intelligence.

Partner with product, PMM and marketing to build out a framework to enable solutions- and vertical-specific messages, content and positioning. Aggregate insights to provide sound feedback and decision-making.

Create repeatable, strategic plan with clear OKRs to be leveraged across the team, including playbooks, content, training, sales content, and solutions and packaging.

Drive global acceleration plans and key performance metrics, including revenue, market penetration, and new use cases. Identify winning strategies and scale the insights for all LiveRamp solutions.

Strategize with commercial teams and participate in account planning to build out longer term opportunity mapping for assigned vertical(s).

Act as thought-leader and support executive client conversations, leading on topics such as recent industry trends, best practices, tech stack recommendations.

Create a strong POV and value proposition for key LiveRamp solutions and priorities industries, in partnership with the marketing teams, to be utilized by the sales teams to inform client strategy and pitch to new client ventures.

Lead competitive and market intelligence function and build out repeatable framework to enhance value of research across all areas of LIveRamp.

Build and align content and strategies with sales process, buyer personas, market trends, and customer maturity.

Evangelize solutions internally, and partner with enablement and marketing to ensure activity, insights and messaging scale throughout the organization, and externally.

Oversee the development of audience based marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve pipeline, adoption, and revenue targets

Represent the voice of the customer from the GTM team into product management.

Job QualificationsRequirements:

Proven track record as an executive in a key vertical industry

15+ years of related work experience

Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree preferred

Experience developing growth strategies for sales driven / B2B business models

Experience managing high performing, distributed teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong analytical problem solving leadership skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Honed relationship-building and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Demonstrated people leadership: track record of developing high performing teams

Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable interacting with C-suite

The approximate annual compensation range is $265,000.00 to $285000.00.
