Customer Service & Office Assistant position available immediately
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our fast-paced tax office team. As an Office Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent people skills are essential!
Your Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients in person and answering phone calls with a welcoming attitude
Assist with scheduling and keep our calendar up to date
Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate team member
Scan, save, and organize important documents while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for:
Someone with strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using basic computer programs and office equipment
Quick learner, highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to juggle tasks in a busy environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous office experience is great, but not required
Job details:
30-35 hours during tax season (20–25 hours per week in off-season)
In-office position (not remote)
Location: Oneida/Verona area
Starting pay: $17/hour
