Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,76435 hour work weekJob Duties:The successful candidate will be expected to assist direct care workers in the hiring process by:
Collecting and tracking all new worker employment applications, checking for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with prospective workers and others on missing or incomplete documentation.
Process paperwork to hire employees.
Education:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Five years of clerical and customer service experience.
Human Resources experience is preferred.
Fluency and proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (reading, writing, speaking).
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to work in electronic platforms.
