Duties Description DUTIES: The Investigator 2 (License) duties in Licensing Division will include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for supervision of Investigator 1’s. Assist with on-site training. Conduct investigations of a wide variety of consumer complaints. Interview complaints/respondents. Obtain statements, documents, and related evidence. Conduct on-site inspections at licensed businesses to determine compliance with licensing laws (travel to other areas of the state is required for some assignments). Write narrative reports to effectively communicate the results of investigations to appropriate parties. Testify in adjudication proceedings concerning evidence gathered in investigations.
