We’re looking for dependable Cleaning & Turnover Specialists to help prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays in the Utica, NY area.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in clean, well-presented spaces.
Responsibilities include:
Full property clean between guest stays
Laundry (linens & towels)
Restocking basic supplies
Light reset tasks (beds, trash removal, surface wipe-downs)
Notifying us of any damage or missing items
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Availability for daytime turnovers (often between 10am–4pm)
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
Pay: Competitive hourly pay
Schedule: Flexible / as-needed (great side income)
