We install sprayed fireproofing including plaster/fiber, paint and rigid board on all kinds of buildings from new state of the art institutions to old historic landmarks. Although our work can be messy and dirty - we know that what we are doing is saving lives. Fireproofing is installed to protect the building and its occupants. We take pride in that what we are doing can make a difference and truly matters.
We work in schools and universities, hospitals and nursing homes, churches and government buildings.
This is hard work. It is not easy. When you are done for the day you will have a sense of accomplishment, as you should with any job!

In short, your job is to help us be the best fireproofing installer NY has to offer. And to have fun at work. We have a fun-loving team, but we do expect a good work ethic and serious productivity.
What we dont expect is perfection or existing skills for you to qualify for this job. We've had applicants with oodles of experience - you'd think that is really valuable, but not so much if their attitude doesn't fit our culture. When it comes to talent - we can teach you that. We expect intelligence, energy, and a "get it done" attitude. When you have questions, you will find the answers within our team.

If this is a job that gets you excited; This is a full-time, labor intensive position. The hours are typically 40-50 hrs/ week. You must come into our West Winfield, NY office on a daily basis. When you are not reporting to the office your job will require you to stay out of town Mon-Fri (sorry, but this is how we maintain our reputation and serve our growing clientele) out of town work is necessary, sporadically throughout the year.
