INSPECTION COVERAGE AREA:

-Oneida County, NY

HOURS: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

work hours must be during daylight hours, M-F and some Saturdays.

COMPENSATION: $15 per hour & mileage reimbursement

Mueller Reports is looking for a self-motivated individual to work remotely as a Property Inspector. This entry level position provides paid training and no previous experience is required. This entails creating your own schedule and receiving/submitting work assignments via our mobile app and website.

Inspectors work from home and travel to homes/businesses in surrounding areas to complete on-site inspections. At the properties you will collect data, take pictures, as well as create a diagram based on the buildings measurements. Any information collected is used by insurance carriers or financial institutions to write or modify policies.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Must own a smartphone, computer, and printer.

Regular and reliable access to Wi-Fi or high speed internet.

Must own a reliable vehicle and be the insured driver on the policy.

Must have valid drivers license.

Business casual attire.

Ability to sit/ stand and walk for long periods of time. Crouching, lifting light objects, and walking on uneven grounds is frequent.

Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.

Must be comfortable entering homes to complete interior inspections.

Must be able to maintain production and quality standards.

Must be available to work some Saturdays

PREFERRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

Customer service

Real Estate or Construction

Remote work experience

Sense of urgency, with strong time management skills and drive to meet deadlines.
