SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Cleans hotel guest rooms and maintains facility appearance
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans guest rooms
ï§ Replaces dirty linens with clean items
ï§ Mops, dusts, vacuums, cleans bathrooms and removes trash
ï§ Restocks bathrooms with soaps, shampoo, etc.
ï§ Inspects and turns mattresses regularly
Cleans and maintains public access areas according to employer standards
Organizes work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies
Keeps housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion
Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor
Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
