Beautiful Waterfront Hotel and Conference Center located on the St. Lawrence River has immediate opening for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor.This is an entry level position requires a flexible schedule weekends and Holidays a must; Works closely with the Food and Beverage Director overseeing the Food and Beverage operation directing day to day activities in accordance with the approved budget while ensuring compliance with occupational, health, safety and liquor regulations. Must be creative, detail oriented with strong Leadership skills, ability to recruit, train and support Associates focusing on Quality and Guest Service Goals.
2 years F&B/Supervisory experience.
