We have a cleaning position open at Eagle Ridge Village. Our cleaner is one of the key components to presenting our best to all who visit and/or live in our community. You will be responsible for keeping our community center, models, and office neat and tidy. You will also be responsible for cleaning townhomes in preparation for a new resident to move in. You will assist our maintenance department as needed in all aspects of cleaning.
Cleaning materials, including vacuum, mops, and supplies will be provided. It will be necessary for you to transport these items in your vehicle when moving from unit to unit for cleaning.
The ideal candidate will have experience, and will also be very self-motivated, organized and ambitious. This position requires you to work quickly but effectively and you will need to give attention to detail.
You must have a VALID drivers license and pass a background check.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
You will receive sick/personal and vacation time after 90 days. You will also be eligible for paid holidays after 90 days. Other benefit options are available such as health insurance, 401K, Aflac, life insurance.
