General Labors
CorTech is actively seeking General Laborers.
General Laborers will perform general grounds and property maintenance tasks, production, assembly, and/or warehouse work. Other general labor duties as requested.
Multiple positions are available!
Job Responsibilities:
General cleaning of common areas and trash removal
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks
Remove and dispose of discarded furniture, trash and other debris from vacated apartments
Perform general repairs and maintenance as needed
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required
Requirements:
Basic computer/typing and data entry skills
Painting, cleaning, or general labor experience, desired
Good communication and listening skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Good time management skills
Cleaners
CorTech Company is currently seeking Summer Cleaners who will be responsible for turning over vacant residential properties for new tenants; perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing garbage.
Clean building/apartment/community homes floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
May be asked to move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks
Removes and disposes of discarded furniture, trash and other debris from vacated apartments
Cleans & sanitizes walls, floors bathroom fixtures, sinks, appliances, cabinets & windows
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (when using cleaning chemicals,
reporting incidents, etc.)
This is a seasonal position.
Landscapers
CorTech Company is currently seeking a Groundskeeper - General Laborer
Job Responsibilities:
Raking leaves, and mowing lawns.
Operates power lawn mowers associated with ground maintenance and landscaping activities.
Yard waste and debris removal, not to exceed 50lbs
Shovels and removes snow from designated areas
General cleaning of common areas and trash removal
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks
Remove and dispose of discarded furniture, trash and other debris from vacated apartments
Cleans & sanitizes walls, floors bathroom fixtures, sinks, appliances, cabinets & windows
Paint interior of apartments including walls, ceilings & doors
Perform general repairs and maintenance as needed
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required
