Role Summary: The Activities Planner with the support of the Program Manager develops program activities, including community integration opportunities for day program, and supervises the implementation of the activities; authenticates performance data; develops and maintains activity schedules. Additionally, they will mentor staff regarding techniques for implementing the activities and develops community trips to suit different group’s needs. Role Responsibilities: Develops program activities and community integration opportunities to meet the life goals of people supported. Participates in all DSP-level responsibilities as needed. Reviews and verifies completeness of performance data. Updates and maintains program records as necessary. Provides mentoring and training to staff regarding implementation of activities. Monitors to ensure that people supported are engaged in active programming. Participates in meetings as requested. Schedules activities and community integration opportunities; adjusts schedules as necessary. Prepares reports and other informational materials as neededSALARY 18.68 HOURRequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED 1 year experience in Human Services.
