OverviewActs as the primary contact for Service Accounts 401(k) clients regarding all retirement products. Assists clients with investment-related questions.Responsibilities
Acts as the primary contact for Strategic Accounts 401(k) clients regarding all retirement products to ensure consistent, quality service.
Prepares and reviews forms, including the IRS Form 5500, for accuracy.
Provides client training on reports and product features.
Develops and maintains knowledge of account structures, services, and client processes.
Reviews plan designs.
Establishes and maintains partnerships with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Communicates with CPAs, Financial Advisors, attorneys, auditors, and third-party vendors.
Develops and maintains knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations and ensures plan compliance.
Identifies and implements plan design enhancements and plan document exceptions.
Conducts client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Conducts web seminars with clients and clients' employees to encourage plan participation.
Assists clients and non-licensed team members with investment-related questions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Required
3 years of experience in Retirement Industry.
Series 6 license - Required
Series 63 license - Required
CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $54,504-85,650/annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
