Organizational Change Management /Business Process Management :Individual will support the US Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) within the Service Now Workstream.
Required Skills:
Must have a minimum3 years Service Now or 3 years of Logistic ModernizationProgramexperience or experience
Bachelor's Degree
Able to analyze the "as-is" and design the "to-be"
Able to partner with key stake holders and project resources to collaborate and develop an integrated solution
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving experience
Strong Technical Writing skills
Experience in instructional design, development and delivery of training material
Experience delivering training material in various delivery methods (instructor-led, virtually-led, train-the-trainer, etc.)
Strong presentation skills, able to utilize briefing slides and conduct systems based hands on training
Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

Experience implementing Service Now
Service Now Systems Administrator certification
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving experience
Strong experience with Logistic Modernization ProgramProject Lifecycle
Experience developing and executing transitional plans for retooling organizations
