Our client, a major utility firm based out of Westchester County, NY - has an immediate need for Maximo Business Analyst. The particulars of the position are as follows.
Project Overview:
Providing Maximo Support to all Operations to include new Fleet module and upcoming large project effort to incorporate Healthy and Safety into Maximo. Work with IT to coordinate Maximo changes and implementation plan - strong relationship within Operations and other business units on the continued use of Maximo.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Maximo Support
Customer Service Tickets
Additional use of Maximo beyond G&T
Maximo security and roles and permissions
Project management for support of Maximo beyond G&T
Maximo compliance related activities such as asset onboarding
Maximo Transportation
Work with the customer to prioritize the requirements
Monitor status and communicate status to the project team and the customer
Participate in status meetings and produce actions items
Trouble shoot user questions concerning the software and processes
Communicate the customers requirements to the developers
Help test the customized Maximo application and to ensure they meet the customers requirements.
Execute configurations in Maximo
Train persons on using Maximo
Skills:
Proficient in Maximo v7.6
Identify and mitigate Maximo issues
good project management experience for related Maximo projects
Strong business analyst
Document project requirements
Strong technical writing capability
Business knowledge regarding asset and work management
Education & Certifications:
BS required / no certifications required.
